The hotel had spacious and quiet rooms with a comfortable bed and pillows. The shower was great, and the old rose petals in the bathroom behind the tub were a treat. However, the most expensive junior suite with balcony had some issues with the shower and tub configuration.

Initially, I must say that overall, my stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were nice and clean, but I had to wait an extra 2 hours upon arrival, making me late for an event. Unfortunately, the layout was not the best as the hotel felt super empty.

The service used to be very helpful with reservations and complex logistics but faltered on dealing with simple requests. However, the staff were all very friendly, conversationalists, and knowledgeable about the beers available.

The location was central with great shopping and dining close by, perfect for walking to both Great American Ballpark and the Bengals stadium. However, the tub caulking issues and not being able to enjoy a hot bath/shower were minor inconveniences.
